Und da auf dem Camping gerade rund zwanzig Personen anwesend waren, entschlossen wir uns, zu backen. So gab es einen Manderinencake von Regula, sowie eine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gufligers.ch\/wp\/rueeblitorte\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R\u00fceblitorte<\/a> und einen Mississippicake von uns. Alle Kuchen fanden Anklang und daher wollen wir euch das Rezept f\u00fcr den Schoggist\u00e4ngelikuchen nicht vorenthalten. Warum der offiziell Mississippicake heisst? Mit einer Wollnadel oder einem Messer hineinstechen und kontrollieren, dass der Mississippicake auch in der Mitte durchgebacken ist.
